Extremely disappointed with this dry cleaner. I brought in my Canada Goose down jacket for a basic dry clean, and the result was unacceptable. All the drawstring toggles and plastic parts were melted or deformed, as if the jacket had been exposed to high heat — which is completely inappropriate for a down jacket.

What’s even worse is that the original stains were not removed at all, and more stains appeared after the cleaning. The jacket looks dirtier than before.

This jacket came with very clear and detailed care instructions on the label — yet it’s obvious that no one even bothered to read them. The cleaning process was careless and completely disregarded the specific requirements for the garment.

Because the packaging looked neat when I picked it up, I didn’t inspect it carefully at the time, which I now regret. Only after getting home did I realize the jacket had been seriously damaged.

This was an expensive piece of clothing, and now it’s been ruined by poor service. If you care about your garments — especially premium ones — do NOT take them to this place. Completely unprofessional and careless.

I've been coming here for years. Good prices, fast service, good work. I know they were affected by a building fire, but thankfully have rebounded!

I had wax on my suit jacket from the Easter Vigil Mass, they got it right off.

I brought in a doona to get dry cleaned. I told your staff to give me 45% discount but they were very rude and told me why would they do that…  I explained to them that bells dry cleaners Braddon are doing an opening special of 40% off on doona. And your sign board says we will beat by 5%!

I wouldn't recommend this laundromat. It claims that detergent is included, but I didn’t see any evidence of that—no bubbles, no scent, nothing. I've used many other laundromats that include detergent automatically, and this definitely wasn't the case here. Only a small amount of softener seemed to be dispensed.
Additionally, the phone number provided for assistance was completely unresponsive. No one answered, which is frustrating if you run into issues.
The cleanliness is another concern—the floor was quite dirty during my visit.
The dryers are also inefficient. They took a long time and cost more than expected to get clothes properly dry.
The only positive is that it's usually empty, so there's no wait. But that might be telling in itself.
If you're okay with spending more time and money for subpar service, then this might work for you. Otherwise, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Washing machine worked great and includes detergent. Would have liked an option to use own detergent though. Dryer took 3 cycles to get clothes dry (on low and then medium heat) which was annoying to wait for and cost over $30! Floor was sticky and dirty with something spilled on the floor, half eaten food, and wrappers.

Dryer only have small option which was sad. My clothes (1 week load) are still damp, 9 dollars wasted had to go to another laundromat to get it dried. Suitable only for small amount of laundry. The rest is fine. 3 stars for the unpleasant experience.

Can't complain. When you're travelling and need a place to do Laundry, this laundromat in Bradon, Canberra is very good. Parking is on Flaunders St.

So far i dont find any complaint about the mechines, i use the bigger one with more cloth in it. However the clean level of the place need to be improve. At least clean the floor pleaseeee
